HISTORY

  • 1945

    The adventure begins with the creation of LACOUR SAS.

  • October 2007

    Grenelle Environment Forum aiming to expand ecologically-productive agricultural practices and to inform citizens and consumers.

  • October 2008

    Creation of the Alternea concept – the first range of fruit and vegetables imported from the Mediterranean Basin to respect our planet and the producers.

  • October 2018

    Antonio MORALES ABAD becomes the sole Director of the company and adopts a 100% eco-responsible approach.

  • October 2020

    The company reaffirms its desire to only market products in line with the specifications corresponding to the concerns of its customers and respectful of the environment. In keeping with this new direction Lacour changes its name and becomes ALTERNEA.

  • February 2021

    ALTERNEA moves to its new eco-platform designed to conform to its eco-responsible approach. éco-responsable.

  • October 2021

    Launch of the subsidiary ALTERNEA FARMS in Spain, marking the installation of Alternea in the production field.

I wanted to convey the commitments of all my employees, the shared values that we have promoted together since 2008 in this ALTERNEA brand, so that our difference is a constant part of our service to customers, for the greater good of consumers.
