Our business is built around supplying a complete range of fruit and vegetables to all the distribution professionals. To do this, we market a variety of specialized ranges adapted to all of our customers' expectations.

Our range of goods proposed to all sectors is based on :
• The ratatouille family (tomatoes, bell peppers, chillies, aubergines, courgettes, etc.) and cucumbers
• Open field vegetables (lettuce, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, artichokes, carrots, fennel, celery)
• Watermelons and melons
• Pome fruits (pears, grapes), stone fruits, strawberries and figs

 

Our reference brand for large and medium-sized retailers and for our customers in the food industry. Created in 2008, it represents the foundations of our DNA and is consistent with our commitments and ethical and moral values towards our fellow humans and the planet.

 

The BIO brand is dedicated to large and medium-sized retailers and to our industrial customers (IAA). Naturally, we aim to satisfy all our customers' consumers. Our products of this brand not only conform to the requirements of organic agriculture but also to our sustainable development objectives.

 

The brand of our gustative products with unique character. From high-quality very tasty strawberry varieties, to melons with a unique taste, such as the excellent Snow ball, the Sweet orange. In order to distinguish them from Alternea and Picolino products, and to offer them to all our customers, the Gustave Legout brand was created in 2010.

 

Founded by Lacour, this brand has been in operation since 1996. It is perfectly positioned on the traditional European market, where it stands out, and is dedicated to our European wholesalers for our core products, which are now known and recognised on this market.

Alternea is very involved with the leading products in this industrial sector, in particular with the ratatouille range, and masters the demanding specifications of the constantly innovating market, from production upwards. We have been present on the 4th and 5th range market with lettuce from the outset, in 1995.

 

We have become genuine specialists in our market, adapting our offers and packaging to the specifications of each of our customers. In this way, in the fruit and vegetable sector, over the years, Alternea has become:
• The French leader in Rocha pears (1 in 3 Rocha pears sold in France is an Alternea).
• The key player in the ratatouille family
• A major stakeholder in watermelons and melons
• A producer with 180 hectares of lettuce, strawberry and chilli pepper production.
