Roussillon artichokes are back and available from Alternea! After a seasonal wait, our fields are now bursting with these gastronomic delights, renowned for their health benefits!<\/p>\n\n

This year marks our 3rd season of partnership with Teraneo<\/a> and its farming families in the Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Orientales! Experts in Roussillon artichokes, at Alternea we offer a selection of several varieties: white (sambo, pop vert, green queen, calico) and purple bouquets (capriccio, violet de Provence), from a rich and generous terroir and the passionate work of our local growers.<\/p>\n\n

The southern sunshine brings us the first French artichokes in season. With Teraneo, Alternea <\/a>supports and enhances the work and know-how of our producers, who commit themselves every year to agriculture that respects people and the environment, despite the challenges they face.<\/p>\n\n

Our Roussillon artichokes are available in a variety of packaging: traditional wooden parcels, cardboard, IfcoBlack and Europool. These quality artichokes keep well and have a delicate, generous character. They are an ally in the kitchen, whether cooked or raw, and are rich in antioxidants, fiber and vitamins.<\/p>\n\n

With their well-recognized detox properties and French origin, they are a major asset for the shelves. The perfect seasonal product, the vegetable that heralds spring!<\/p>\n\n
